The Institute for the Development of Emotional Intelligence was founded in 2021 in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The purpose of the activity is the development, implementation, popularization of the concept of emotional intelligence (EQ) with adaptation to the currently dominant format of social consciousness - clip thinking.
The Institute united dozens of like-minded scientists from all social science fields, psychologists, sociologists, philosophers and practicing psychologists and psychotherapists, whose cognitive and professional activity is the emotional life of an individual.

Emotional life has been the object of research throughout the entire written history of mankind and continues to be actively studied. With the development of neuroscience, EQ received a new impetus due to the emergence of the biochemical evidence base. This gave birth to many scientific paradigms, and among them schools, directions, methodologies of managing emotions and feelings.
Thus, on this scientific basis, in 2020, the Institute developed, tested and implemented the author's EQ development methodology in practical psychological practice. She passed the examination and received approval for partnership cooperation with Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), Yale University (USA), Newcastle University (Great Britain) and other leading universities in Europe and the USA.
In the modern scientific discourse, the Institute has formed and is successfully developing its niche, an eclectic direction that studies and effectively combines the most effective practices for the development of emotional intelligence from historical classics to the most modern results of the psycho-emotional laboratories of the world's leading universities.
The methodology formed the basis for the creation of EQ.app, EQkids and EQwoman.
METHODOLOGY AND METHODS
Clip thinking as a dominant type of social consciousness began to form at the end of the 20th century as a derivative factor of the information revolution, the starting dominant of which was the invention of the Internet. Humanity has gained instant access to incomprehensibly huge amounts of information. This formed the need for its consumption, which led to the development of a new skill by a person - clip thinking.
Academic science and its methodological baggage still remains a classic bulky textual format, the mastery of which requires a very long time, the deficiency of which is acutely felt by everyone.
In the field of mastering the skill of developing emotional intelligence, this issue is particularly relevant. The resolution of the World Economic Forum in Davos and the World Health Organization in 2018 called EQ one of the key skills for the humanitarian development of humanity for the next 10 years.
Since then, its mastery has become available only to the political, economic and military elites, who have made the EQ test an entrance ticket for recruitment to multinational corporations, to special forces units of the world's leading armies, and an entrance ticket to the power establishment, and the trainings of the same name have become basic in corporate training. Their usefulness has been proven by reputable research companies that consistently record a 25-33% increase in staff productivity after appropriate training.

INTEGRATION IN THE SYSTEM OF PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSISTANCE/EDUCATION/PRACTICAL PSYCHOLOGY
Educational and enlightening topics of the Institute's activities are connected with partnership cooperation on the implementation of EQ technologies in consulting and therapeutic practice with:
the professional environment of practicing psychologists; status - signed cooperation agreements and interaction with 12 therapeutic unions
the state institutionalized system of school psychologists, which has 20,000 specialists; status - testing of the installation of the EQ method in methodological work with schoolchildren and their parents is underway on the basis of the Scientific and Methodological Center of Practical Psychology and Social Work of the Ministry of Education and the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine
psychology departments of universities to include the subject of EQ in the curricula of the higher education system; status - the Memorandum is signed, negotiations are underway with a dozen European universities and the USA
EQ MENTOR
The educational process involves face-to-face and online learning, divided into three modules according to the level of complexity. For the results, the trainees receive an EQ mentor certificate with the qualification "Facsimile mentor for psycho-emergent care"
