Open Tender for Accommodation and Food Services

From March 10 to 23, 2025, we are announcing an open tender for the provision of accommodation and food services for participants of six six-day camps for the period April – October 2025.

The charitable organization “Charitable Fund “Ucare Foundation” announces an open tender for the purchase of:

LOT 1: Accommodation and rental of territory

• Accommodation in a hotel in Lviv and Lviv region
• Number of people to be accommodated: 75
• According to the conditions of accommodation, the rooms must correspond to the level of at least 3 stars
• Accommodation: 2-3-4-bed rooms with amenities (bathroom, shower)
• Rent of territory
• Large room for joint, active events for 100 people (minimum 150 m2)
• Conference hall for 30 people (60 m2)
• Street structure for 80 people (95 m2)
• Meeting room for 2-3 people (20 m2)
• Warehouse for equipment
• PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTION

Please provide the cost based on the price for accommodation for 1 person per 1 day and the cost rental of the territory for 1 day.

LOT 2: Catering

• Organization of catering for participants of six-day camps – 5 times a day (breakfast “buffet line”, afternoon snack, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner)
• Number of participants per 1 camp: 75 people
• Meals should include both meat and fish dishes

When forming the menu, it is necessary to take into account that the main participants of the camp are children.

WE ALSO ASK TO PROVIDE:

• Drinking water in coolers throughout the day
• Hot tea: 8 hours/day freely available with disposable cups

To consider the offer, it is MANDATORY to provide a detailed menu.
